This series steam autoclaves are designed and manufactured specially for hospital CSSD, operating room to sterilizing medical instruments, sterile clothing, dressings, vessels, apparatuses, operating tools, culture medium etc.

• Easy, intuitive management through a colour touchscreen interface.

• Sterilization chamber, jacket and door made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

• High resistance to corrosive attack thanks to the electrolytic polishing treatment.

• External heating of the chamber for 95% of the surfaces and elimination of cold areas.

• The seal between the chamber and the door is achieved with an inflatable gasket, completely eliminating the loss of vacuum/steam.

• Tri-Clamp system for the tubing related to the main systems.

• Reduced weight structure for easy installation, facilitating positioning on the ground.

The pneumatically operated valves significantly reduce maintenance and downtime. The steam can be provided to the autoclave from the building’s central source, an electric steam generator (stainless steel or carbon steel). In addition,if no buttons or switches are operated for hours, the autoclave will switch to standby mode.

User Friendly HMI --- Control Made Simple

• An automated process control uses the advanced microprocessor control system.
• Our Control Panel is user- friendly, and consists of a 4 line, 20 Column LCD and a functional touchpad.
• A self diagnostic system provides messages and alerts that are displayed in a clear language.
• Audible alerts are sounded with the messages.
• The LCD display provides constant cycle parameter readouts and cycle progress information. The control system is self-diagnostic and provides fault messages to the operator.
• Double door autoclaves are provided with a dual built in, full display and enhanced control system
• on both sides of the autoclave.
